Privacy & Security

Mad Keen will never sell or give your e-mail address, or any other information relating to you to anyone else without your permission. We are fully committed to protecting your privacy and after each transaction your credit card details are destroyed. Personal information provided will only be used to process your order and to notify you of upcoming promotions, offers and new products. We do not sell or rent the information you provide to us to any third parties.

Returns & Replacements

At Mad Keen, we want you to be happy with your purchase - you can even exchange products if you just change your mind, but please make sure you follow our returns process correctly to ensure everything goes smoothly.

You must contact us prior to sending back any products, so we can make sure that we have your product in stock. Simply email us at info@madkeen.com mark it attention: customer service and please include the following information:

Your invoice order number
Details of product/s to be returned
Reason for return

All claims to return a product must be made within 14 calendar days of receiving your product or a maximum of 30 days from the date of invoice. Should you contact us outside this period, customer service will consider each claim on its merits.

Returns at our expense: (we pay the shipping costs to return the product to you)

We will gladly exchange or refund at our expense, under the following circumstances:

You made an incorrect choice
You failed to verify and accurately provide information when placing an order
The size is incorrect

Items returned under these conditions must be in As New re-saleable condition - goods which have been used or are in less than perfect condition are not able to be exchanged. Mad Keen’s decision in this matter is final.

Shipping your product return:

Return the product to us using Registered Post to avoid the possibility of the item being lost.

When a replacement product is arranged:

A replacement for the same product that you ordered will be shipped to you at our expense after we have received your returned Product.
The delivery time for the replacement product will be the same as stated for the original product.

Guarantee:

Mad Keen guarantee to supply product fit for the purpose intended. Should you find fault with any product that you have purchased, simply return the product to us and we will refund the cost of the original invoice to you. Verification of faulty merchandise is at the sole discretion of Mad Keen and their decision in this regard is final.

When a refund/credit is arranged:

Returns at our expense will include all shipping and associated costs for returning the product to you.
No refund/credit will be given to you until we have received your returned product.
Refunds will be issued via the same method of payment you used to purchase the product. For example, if you purchase using your Visa card, the refund will also be made on your Visa card.

Mark it Attention: 'Order Enquiry' and include your required product code, size, mailing address / daytime contact numbers. We will get back to you with a quotation for the products you have requested.

Payment, Pricing, Promotions & Taxes

All pricing, including packing and freight charges is quoted in US dollars. An equivalent price in an alternative currency can be selected by using the corresponding Currency Tab. Please note that prices quoted in currencies other than US Dollars are provided as a guide only and the exact cost in your domestic or preferred currency will be at rates determined by your Credit Card provider.

The cost of product including packaging and freight is exclusive of any sales tax, import duties, levies and fees that may or may not be required in the Country of destination. Payment of such taxes, duties, levies and fees is the responsibility of the purchaser. If you are unsure, please contact the relevant Authority in your Country.

* Please note that clothing sizes may vary slightly between different products. They are not a small cut, but then not over generous. Middle of the range cut, so if you think there is a borderline size always go up a size to be comfortable.

Updating Account Information & Viewing Orders

Once you have created an account, you will have access to features which include My Account page, My Wish List, and Checkout with Multiple Addresses.
The Account Dashboard will provide you with a summary of the most important account information, including Recent Orders, the general Contact Information, Newsletter status, default addresses, and Recent Reviews.
